- We may require temporary access to hosting, domains, or accounts for project setup.
- If we purchase hosting or domains on your behalf, ownership details will be documented.
- We are not responsible for third-party hosting downtime or issues.
7. Attribution / Developer Credit
Unless agreed otherwise, websites we develop may include a small footer credit. Requests for removal must be made in writing and may include a fee.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must maintain secure backups of their website and data.
- Unauthorized changes to code or content can affect performance; we are not liable for resulting issues.
- Extra revisions or post-launch edits may incur additional charges.
9. SEO & Search Engine Policy
- We follow white-hat SEO practices and industry standards.
- We cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic due to algorithm updates.
- We are not liable for penalties or losses from third-party changes.
10. Web Development & Technical Liability
- Projects are delivered according to the agreed scope and timeline.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by client actions or force majeure.
- We recommend clients change credentials post-launch for security.
11. Media & Portfolio Use
- We may display non-confidential project work in our portfolio or marketing.
- Clients requiring NDAs must request them before project start.
- Premium plugin or stock media licenses are client responsibilities.
12. Compliance & Platform Rules
- Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google).
- We are not liable for account suspensions caused by policy violations.
